Congratulations to Grassroots Executive Director Dr. Mariana Izraelson, LCADC, for being selected as a Leadership Awardee by the Columbia (MD) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.!
This recognition celebrates Dr. Izraelson’s outstanding leadership, dedication, and meaningful contributions in the area of Woman of Distinction. The women at Delta Sigma Theta said her work exemplifies the strength, resilience, and influence that define women who lead with purpose within Howard County. They also shared, “through your commitment to the voiceless residents of Howard County you continue to inspire those around you and help shape a more empowered and inclusive future.”
We are so thankful for this recognition, as well as our tremendous partnership with Delta Sigma Theta. They regularly contribute and serve meals at our Day Resource Center at Leola Dorsey, and have supported the emergency shelter and crisis center for several years with donations of food and hygiene products through their Annual Debutante Cotillion Service Project.
Thank you to the Columbia (MD) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and congratulations to Dr. Izraelson!
